This is clean, well maintained hotel, inside and out. The management is responsive, taking great care of the property making it a pleasure to stay here. The location is great with the hotel tucked away from the road, making me feel safer here than other places I have stayed in the past. I totally recommend it!!

Everything needed is in the room such as a full size refrigerator, stovetop burners, microwave etc. The bed was comfortable enough and the screen TV always had loud volume when you first turned it on but for what it was worth it served its purpose.

I had a wonderful time here at motel 6. I am staying an extra week because it was so peaceful relaxing with my dog. No one gave us any problems about how big he is or that he barks. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone that has pets!!! Thank you Mr. Shives for such a wonderful experience! You are great!

Great rooms!!! Great service!!! Friendly staff I'm a traveling Electrician and I use Motel 6 Brookhollow every time I'm in Houston no matter my Job location love this Motel wish I could give 10 stars!!!

Nice spacey room with kitchenette & love seat& table. The property is a little old but clean. We had a King bed smoking & it didn't smell like cigarettes. They didn't charge a deposit for our 9lb doggie. That was great. ***Edit We returned to get a room that night. The evening clerk told me I was on a no rent list & could not book a room or tell me why. This is a family run place. The gentleman I dealt with the prior night & checking out was friendly, gave us a later check out & was happy we'd be returning. I always leave a room almost as clean as it is when I check in. I know how people trash rooms. There were some shady people staying in rooms around us. It's not the best area. The housekeeping people started knocking at 9am even though they gave us a late check out til 12pm. I think someone in housekeeping complained. Even though the room could not have taken more than 15 minutes to change the sheets & mop. I had everything else cleaned. I even washed the towels. Very disappointed. We were going to be staying for several days.

I have stayed here whenever I'm in Houston and it is by far one of the best motel 6/ studio 6 I've stayed at. Housekeeping is always very helpful as well as the maintenance guy. I would recommend anyone to stay at this location. I plan on stay here again in the future when I'm in town.

I stayed here one night before my surgery. The rooms were pretty good for the price. It's easy to get to I 10 or SH 290. It's not far from the belt, and that takes you just about anywhere. You need to go. When we got there, at least the room was not ready. That something was wrong with the air conditioner. What I like okay, we'll wait. Because it was only gonna take 30 minutes. I was thinking to myself sure need to fix the air conditioner likely story. When a man With a 4 wheel Dolly and a complete airconditioner. Walked up on the sidewalk. Went into the room 10 minutes later, he was leaving the room. They replaced the entire air conditioner. In less than their stated 30 minute time. It was quite typical for the price. Wood floors bath tub and shower. Well stocked with towels. They have a wifi you can connect to. I'm not sure about the channels cause. I didn't really watch any TV. The room had a refrigerator and microwave soft beds. Most importantly, it was clean. All the neighbors were quiet. I recommended it.
